• Dr. Yutaka Inoue was born and raised in Tsukuba-city, Ibaraki Pref, Japan. In his early years, he always dreamt about studying abroad and pursue his interest in basic science.
  
  At a very young age, Dr. Inoue planned to receive high school education in the United States and entered Mid-Pacific Institute. He spent his free time volunteering at an emergency hospital which he continued to do for few years. He then went on to the University of Denver and received a Bachelor of Arts, degree in Cognitive Neuroscience. During his time in college, he showed great interest towards Neuroscience and eventually had an opportunity to study at the Eleanor Roosevelt Institute at the University of Denver, placing emphasis on understanding both the cognitive and the neurological nature of Alzheimer’s disease.
  
  After graduating, Dr. Inoue worked at RIKEN as a researcher in Japan. As he dove in deeper into his academic career, he grew more interest in clinical aspects of science. His greatest interest lies in Cranio-Cervical Physiology where most of the cranial nerves are involved in maintaining physiological equilibrium.
  
  His researching career quickly took a turn when he entered Nihon University School of Dentistry at Matsudo. Prior to graduation, he already decided to apply for Residency at the University of Tsukuba Hospital as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in order to pursue his continuing interest in Cranio-Cervical Physiology. In 2017, he joined the department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery by embarking into a six year residency program. Within the six year program, he also experienced working at various municipal hospitals where he was involved in many cases requiring acute treatments, and shared and published clinical findings at an academic conference.
  
  Dr. Inoue is fluent in both Japanese and English. His highest hope is to offer a high standard of dental care and to become a local primary care doctor. Please feel free to schedule an appointment for consultation, or for any other questions and concerns.
